So I have made a decision I am jumping on the Keto train. I need need NEED to get healthy. So I am hoping that this is the diet that will help me. I am super nervous simply because I am trying something new. This week I am playing around trying to figure out how to do this the right way. Hopefully it will stick!
Tonight I made my first keto recipe. It was a Cheesy creamy chicken salsa soup in the Instant Pot! It was scrumptious and my picky eater even went for more! So try it out and let me know what you think!
